    Team/Department Description: Product Team, Moody's Analytics GmbH Austria

    We are seeking a highly motivated, personable individual to join our team as Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be a vital member of Product Team responsible for developing KYC products within Moody's Analytics. You will be part of a regional team, located in Vienna, Austria, who builds API products that comply with our clients' KYC requirements. You will partner with global teams such as Product, Strategy, Development and Client Services.

    In this role, you will work closely with the API product managers, as well as with the Product Team Lead. You will be supporting on initiatives relating product design & development, product testing, investigation, communication, and knowledge management. We're looking for someone with a keen interest for continuous improvement in the product development organization & processes, with focus on API products.

    Role / Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Team Lead and the development team for meeting delivery deadline
  • Develop (detailed) specifications for product features and define backlog items which are easily digested and will guide our Agile software development team
  • Identify & help solve product related issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Take ownership of pre-defined development projects, with a highlight on quality assurance and stakeholders communication
  • Collate and action client and stakeholder feedback, assess value & shape requirements & prioritize stories to ensure work focus
  • Showcase product features and enhancements
  • Identify areas of improvement for the kompany product portfolio and the workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA and customer facing teams
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' work experience in similar positions or University degree in Business and/or IT background
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • A strong appetite for product testing, monitoring live service/product performance
  • Listening and reacting to foreseen issues fast and continuously, adjusting the course or raising an alarm
  • "Can do" attitude and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working with international teams
  • API knowledge is a plus
  • Annual base salary gross: €53,900.00 Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
