Job Responsibilities:

• Lead shipping areas; prioritize and execute shipping processes on time - 25%
• Select transport alternatives; arrange transports for national and international shipping, create freight and accompanying documents, coordinate with carriers - 25%
• Perform complex booking and clarification processes, conduct 'Track & Trace' for shipments across all modes of transport - 20%
• Handle incoming materials, enter data into the material shipping and Track&Trace system, pack and process shipments - 10%
• Receive service providers in inbound and outbound, allocate loading and unloading positions, ensure material documentation - 10%
• Take on special tasks and work on projects - 10%

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or equivalent skills and knowledge
• Excellent knowledge and experience in national and international shipping
• Good understanding of internal logistics processes and interconnections
• Good knowledge of operational regulations (IQ Move procedure instructions)
• Good knowledge of export customs processing
• Good English language skills
• Good knowledge of relevant IT systems, e.g. SAP L/Shipping, L/warehouse, SAP P04, B2Log, TELOS, LOTS, LINX, AMOS
• High level of service orientation and customer focus
• Ability to guide employees
• Ability to work in shifts
• Valid Class B or III driver's license and forklift license
