- Understand the business user's needs, meet their expectations and communicate the implementation process
- To capture and clearly document archiving business requirements from various Infineon functional areas
- To understand business process flow and create archiving solution design and deliver it to developers for implementation
- Support Senior Business Analyst in eArchive Board to prioritize and rationalize the requirements
- Work closely with developers on change requests until implementation as project member
- Coordinate and support business users in User Acceptance Test (UAT); Ensure the application/enhancement meet business requirements
- A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or in a related field
- Relevant professional experience in internal IT Department or in consulting
- Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and IT Information Library (ITIL)
- A fast learner and flexible discussion partner, team player with good negotiation skills
- Experience in working for an international industrial company – ideally with regard to data and document retention and its legal requirements
- Good communication skills and fluent English skills Knowledge in the following areas is not mandatory but definitely useful to master this job:
- Experience with the configuration and the use of Document Management Systems (e.g. Saperion or OpenText) and with their interfaces in SAP systems
- Experience for retention regulations and GDPR requirements of international government bodies
- Knowledge of technological basics in the field of data transfer concepts (middleware, ETL, etc.)
- Good German language skills
- 6 months limited
