    In this exciting position, you have the opportunity to help build a new team and make a significant contribution to defining the quality assurance processes

  • Responsible for quality assurance for the entire product life cycle from the initial sample to series production
  • Carrying out quality controls and preparing data analyses, test reports and measurements
  • Identification and elimination of process weaknesses and quality risks
  • Your role will include carrying out product and process audits on electric motors
  • You demand corrective measures and are in close communication with all quality and development departments during the solution-finding and improvement process

    • Your experiences and skills

  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or automotive engineering and several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable position.
  • Good understanding and experience with the functioning of electric motors and their components
  • Knowledge of quality management and its methods (FMEA, Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D reports) desirable as well as good understanding of processes
  • Very good knowledge of both German and English is mandatory
  • Ability to work under pressure, initiative as well as analytical and precise approach
