Tasks

Management of a department with 15 software developers, requirements engineers and testers

Aligning development plans with customer requirements and business goals

Creating a productive and engaging work environment for the team

Expanding the skills of the team through coaching and onboarding new employees to meet future challenges

Supporting the organization and coordination of cross-departmental initiatives and workflows

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in the management of software development teams

Experience in C/C++ programming and Windows-oriented C++/QT GUI applications

Knowledge of software development for safety-critical applications desirable

Expertise in the internal structuring of teams and between teams
