Obowiązki

• Machine operation: Operating various machines and systems in the sawmill and ensuring a smooth production process
• Lumber quality control: Assessing wood quality, sorting according to specified criteria, and maintaining consistently high standards
• Forklift operation: Safe and efficient transport of sawn timber and packages using a forklift
• Log yard duties: Operating a wheel loader in the log yard when required

Wymagania

• Experience with wood: Ideally, you have experience working with wood; training in the wood industry is an advantage but not required
• Technical understanding: You have good technical skills and operate machines responsibly and carefully
• Forklift license: Valid forklift license with practical experience
• Team spirit & reliability: Careful working style, hands-on mentality, and strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and support a 2-shift system during the season
• German language skills for internal communication
• Driver's license category B and own car

Oferujemy

• The minimum wage according to the collective agreement is €14.27 gross per hour, plus statutory allowances
