- Du definierst, strukturierst und dokumentierst Anforderungen, die du über den gesamten Lebenszyklus verwaltest
- Du entwickelst und visualisierst Konzepte und Designs (z.B. mit UML-Diagrammen oder UX Prototypen) für innovative Lösungen
- Du analysierst und visualisierst die Geschäftsprozesse (z.B. mittels BPNM) unserer Kund:innen
- Du priorisierst Anforderungen nach dem Kundennutzen, beachtest aber auch Rahmenbedingungen, Machbarkeit und Kosten
- Du arbeitest täglich in interdisziplinären Teams mit Softwareentwickler:innen, Kund:innen und Benutzer:innen zusammen
- Du hast eine Ausbildung mit (IT-)technischem Hintergrund (z.B. HTL, FH oder Universität)
- Du hast fundiertes Know-how als Requirements Engineer oder Business Analyst
- Du denkst analytisch und arbeitest dich mit Leichtigkeit in fremde Domänen ein
- Du schätzt agiles Arbeiten
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, z.B. in Anforderungsworkshops, der Kundenberatung und Design Sprints
- Du hast Know-how im Bereich Datenbanken und SQL, idealerweise auch Erfahrung in der Programmierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
