  • Holistic management of investment projects in a production company. Projects related to the implementation of new products, the implementation of new technologies, increasing production capacity and optimizing energy consumption.
  • Responsible for technical planning, selection of contractors, supervision of the realizationDefine technical specifications based on project requirements considering internal and international standardsPlanning of technical solutions and plant setups with a holistic view that integrates the areas of Alpla Plant Engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and maintenanceCreation of CAD layouts for new manufacturing plants, plant extensions and adaptions considering infrastructure and installations in the areas of building, energy, water, air, HVAC, machinery, down- and up-stream equipmentRequest offers and review in regard to technical specificationsSelection of possible suppliers and contractors fulfilling the defined requirementsManage and cooperate with local/regional/global partnersRealize defined projects in collaboration with plants and contractors according to the Alpla project management guidelinesObtaining all necessary government decisions and permits before starting investment and after its completionEnsure the acceptance of the infrastructure in the Region/Plant
  • Contribution to the improvement of the equipment availability and optimal maintenance execution
  • Close cooperation with local/regional/global technical Counterparts
  • What makes you great

  • First work experience in mechanical engineering or similar industry
  • Thorough understanding of technical aspects of different types of equipment's
  • Solid experience in site and installation management
  • Very good in using Auto CAD
  • Basic Project Management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Hands on mentality with the willingness to travel around 50% of the working time
