- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Geschäftskonsolidierung sowie Integration neuer Geschäftsbereiche und globaler Aktivitäten im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen des Konzerns
- Koordination und Durchführung der monatlichen Reporting-Prozesse und Analyse der Finanzkennzahlen (KPIs) zur Unterstützung der strategischen Unternehmenssteuerung
