    YOUR MISSION

    The IKONO Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the functions of the Store Manager. Your mission is to oversee the daily operations of an IKONO store museum and ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. As an Assistant Store Manager, you're responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is prompt and efficient. You'll ensure that all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation and management of the museum. You will assist in leading and motivating the team to achieve visitors targets, deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the overall performance.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Make the staff schedules month by month, organize vacations, medical leaves and eventualities.
    • Ensure the perfect maintenance of the premises: control the good condition of the materials and the correct cleaning of both the space and the ball pool.
    • Incident management on a daily basis.
    • Inventory control from a physical and cost point of view, including: verification of order reception, control of inventory movements and control of stock valuation.
    • Monitor and ensure the performance of employees, as well as ensure their welfare and growth improvements within the company if suitable/relevant.
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and visitors satisfaction.
    • Handling reservations and logistics of incoming visitors to the establishment.
    • Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
    • Support in recruitment processes.
    • Handling of venue cash to ensure proper flow of cash operations (cash in, cash out, cash change, cash out).
    • Constant communication with the administration department, sending invoices and expense control.
    • Analyze visitors' data, customer feedback and other relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to present regular reports and develop action plants and strategies to optimize museum performance and achive business objectives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proved experience in business (management, human resources).
    • 2 years' experience in an excellent customer service environment (retail, hospitality, restauration, entertainment and/or travel industries).
    • Team Management experience.
    • Fluent in English and German is a must (min C1 required).
