Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) Castings

Your new adventure

• Purchasing of direct material in the area of cast products
• Definition of the product group strategy and the supplier portfolio
• Handling the enquiry and quotation process as well as evaluating, selecting and developing national and international suppliers
• Independent contract and price negotiations with suppliers
• Carrying out SWOT and benchmark analyses
• Global coordination and communication of the strategy
  
  

Your experiences and skills

• Completed commercial technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) or studies (FH, university) ideally in the field of mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry or an international industrial company, purchasing experience of cast parts an advantage
• Business fluent in English, good knowledge of German an advantage
• Proactive and dynamic personality with a high technical affinity and passion for our high-tech products
• Communicative team player with negotiating skills and ERP routine, ideally in SAP
  
  

What we offer

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,578.92 gross/year according to the collective agreement of the metal industry.
Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment. We will be happy to discuss the details personally as part of our application process.
