We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing our odds content strategy while supporting the migration of services from a legacy platform to a new platform. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, understanding customer segments, and engaging with stakeholders to inform our content strategy. Additionally, you will support the formation of a comprehensivemigration plan to facilitate the transitionto the newplatform .

THE CHALLENGE:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Customer Segmentation: Segment our customer base based on demographics, behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and align content strategy and migration plans accordingly.
• Desk-Based Research: Utilise various research methodologies and tools to gather data, compile reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups with customers to gather qualitative feedback, understand pain points, and preferences.
• Content Strategy Development: Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives to enhance our content strategy effectiveness and align with business goals.
• Migration Planning: Support the formulation of a detailed migration plan, including timeline, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategy, to ensure a smooth transition from legacy to a new platform.
• Data Analysis: Analyse data from multiple sources, including market reports, customer feedback, and platform analytics, to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and marketing.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, presentations, and progress reports to communicate findings, insights, and plans to key stakeholders and project teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proven experience working as a BusinessAnalyst , preferably in productstrategydevelopment and platformmigrationprojects .
• Stronganalyticalskills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills to effectively engage with stakeholders, customers, and project teams.
• Experience conducting marketresearch and analysing customer insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage multipleprojects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to facilitate discussions between business and IT teams.
• Experience in the technology industry is desirable.
