Ihre Aufgaben

Du machst gerade eine betriebs- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, Studium, etc.)?Du willst in deinem Praktikum mit einem lustigen und vielfältigen Team arbeiten?Du möchtest einen abwechslungsreichen Einblick in den Arbeitsalltag in einem modernen Lagerbetrieb bekommen?Das Procurement Team am ISTA ist für die Abwicklung sämtlicher Einkaufs- und Warenverteilungsprozesse in unserem internationalen Forschungsinstitut verantwortlich. Dieses Praktikum bietet die Möglichkeit unser motiviertes Team hierbei als Urlaubsvertretung tatkräftig zu unterstützen und erste Einblicke in die Abläufe und Prozesse im Warenlagerbereich zu bekommen.

Übernahme und Kontrolle von Paketsendungen
Mithilfe bei der Warenverteilung am gesamten Campus mit E-Fahrzeug
Betreuung der Lagerflächen (Einlagerungen, Umlagerungen)
Postverteilung mit Fahrrad
Andere operative Tätigkeiten innerhalb der Finanzabteilung

Ihr Profil

Du bist ein Teamplayer?
Du bist körperlich aktiv und kannst kräftig mitanpacken?
Du arbeitest sorgfältig und sprichst Englisch? (Institutssprache: Englisch)
Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt?
