    The European Handball Federation (EHF) oversees 50 national and two associated federations across Europe, recognized by the International Handball Federation (IHF). The EHF organizes major handball competitions, including the EHF EURO events for national teams and the EHF Champions League for club teams, focusing on game development from grassroots to elite level.

    We are seeking a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills, an IT affinity, and a logical approach. We value individuals with an open-minded attitude, readiness to learn, and willingness to take on responsibilities. Proficiency in English and German is required.

    Tasks

    Job Specification

    • National Federation Master Plan coordination
    • Evaluation of National Federation applications
    • Tailored Master Plan project coordination
    • Support for National Federations
    • Meeting coordination and budget management
    • Monitoring and review of Master Plan projects
    • Initiating sports equipment orders and expert nominations
    • Media article coordination for the Master Plan
    • Promotion of the Master Plan at events
    • Client liaison and internal communication
    • General information filtering and project administration
    • Support to EHF office team as needed
    • Handling confidential documents

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Administration of EHF Master Plan and development programs
    • Coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders
    • Maintenance of project documentation
    • Support for office infrastructure related matters
    • Management of Wheelchair Handball and ID Handball projects

    Special Projects

    • Organization of Wheelchair Handball and ID Handball events
    • 360° EHF Master Plan Development Programmes

    Requirements

    Key Experiences

    • Experience in event management and coaching
    • Preferred University degree
    • International work experience
