    Your new adventure

    With the ROTAX Academy, the RIC offers a first-class qualification and education program for various target groups.

    • Planning of training courses in adult education
    • Training the pool of trainers with regard to technical content and didactic methods
    • Further development of existing course concepts with regard to didactic concepts and competence orientation
    • Customer acquisition on the basis of these new course concepts and contact person for questions relating to them
    • Conceptual collaboration on funding projects (e.g. labor market policy measures)
    • Monitoring current topics in the field of technical education and training, including subsidized measures
    • Creation of new course concepts in the area of business development

    Your experiences and skills

    • Experience in the planning, marketing and delivery of training courses and seminars, pedagogical training an advantage
    • Specialist knowledge in the technical field, preferably in the area of energy transition, renewable energy, digitalization
    • Very good skills in MS Office, SAP experience and basic robotics desirable
    • Initiative, ability to work in a team, reliability and problem-solving skills
    • Moderation and presentation skills in fluent German, English at level B1

    What we offer

    You will get an exciting position in a great company with creative opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 41,386.38 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
