As our Space & Facility Manager, you are a lead of the newly established team at our new location, the Future Health Lab.

Your objectives are ensuring qualitative space experience at our new location, driving space improvements and designing the space operation processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the Space team at the Future Health Lab location
• Managing sales, logistics and delivery pipeline for spacerelated business (coworking and bookings)
• Delivering and hosting internal and external bookings and events (including space tours)
• Creating and maintaining an inspiring, functional, beautiful and inviting space
• Communicating and encouraging space guidelines & practices
• Making guests feel welcome and onboarded
• Leading and representing brand and marketing focus areas within the leadership team
• Attending regular team meetings and participating in relevant strategy workshops.
• Running the space operations incl. maintenance and development of infrastructure, security, office equipment
• Keeping an overview of the general state of the space at all times and ensuring the timely repair of all elements that need it
• Coordinating the regular maintenance, upkeep and safety checks of the facilities, and making sure the necessary records are stored properly
• Being the main point of contact for our building administrator, as well as for all external companies commissioned for maintenance/ reparation/improvement tasks
• Implementing small scale space improvements
• Organizing and coordinating an efficient cleaning service
• Setting up and ensuring of correct waste management processes
• Continuing the efforts of improving the general accessibility of our space
• Carrying out all the necessary purchases in order to ensure a smooth operation of the space (office supplies, coffee and drinks, tools etc.)
• Managing external space partners and suppliers
• Supporting catering delivery

What you bring

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a strong team with diverse experiences
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and on budget
• Fluency in English and German
• Flexibility, Handson Attitude
• Austrian work permit

Job specifications

• Role: 40h/week with flexible schedule
• Start date: 1st of August 202
• Compensation: The yearly salary for fulltime is € gross. Depending on your education, qualifications and work experience, overpayment is possible.
