- The Service Owner defines the strategy and drives the planning, implementation, operation, continuous improvement and further development of the service
- Reports to Head of Global User Care and Operations Management Team
- Drive the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the service and all related processes, procedures and guidelines
- Requirements engineering in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Drive the definition and implementation of needed asset types including definition of mandatory/optional data fields, processes, workflows and responsibilities
- Identify needed data sources and organize needed synchronization and automation
- Define, measure and report KPIs in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Define functional specification sheets based on requirements in close cooperation with the Jira SME for the technical implementation
- Order and verify the technical Jira tool implementations
- Drive continuous improvement of the data quality and data completeness of the CMDB and their data sources by triggering needed actions and developing effective procedures
- Ability and motivation to work independently and within virtual global teams
- Ability to motivate people and get things done
- Solution focused and customer oriented
- Good overall IT knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experiences with CMDB beneficial
