Description

As an Event and Tech Coordinator you are taking the lead for managing events tech and maintaining technical equipment, etc.

at our new location, the Future Health Lab.

You work closely with our Bookings Sales Coordinator and Hospitality Coordinator and support the smooth delivery of events at Future Health Lab including catering, set up, client service and being the contact person for our bookers during their events.

You will closely work with a diverse group of clients and partners to support the set up of events and hosting them during their events.

Your Responsibilities

Delivering and hosting internal and external bookings and events (including space tours)
Supporting the delivery caterings and coffee breaks
Creating and maintaining an inspiring, functional, beautiful and inviting space
Making guests feel welcome and onboarded
Attend regular team meetings and participate in relevant strategy workshops
Servicing the space bookers with appropriate technological equipment and tools
Coordinating with the Hospitality Coordinator about execution of events requiring technological equipment and tools
Providing tech support during online and hybrid events produced by the organization, when required by external or internal bookers
Maintaining the technological equipment
Making sure that equipment and tools are regularly updated and coherent with the market needs

What you bring

Full understanding of and relevant experience in the field of social impact and innovation
Outstanding client management skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a strong team with diverse experiences
Proven ability to design and implement marketing strategies that deliver business results
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
Strong digital marketing skills, including experience in developing digital marketing strategies, measuring and analyzing data, and managing online campaigns
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and on budget
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation software and content management systems (ad advantage)
Fluency in English and German
Austrian work permit
