- Management and implementation of cost workshops
- Mentoring of new colleagues: internal and transfer of specific know-howAnalysis and evaluation of relevant cost driver structures
- Development of target costs on the basis of benchmarks
- Completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL) or completed studies (FH, University)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in process cost knowledge (aluminium)
- Analytical thinking skills and affinity for numbers and analysis
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Very good German and English
- Basic willingness to travel
- SAP knowledge an advantage

The cost engineer supports the company's financial goals by saving costs in ongoing series production through analysis and negotiations and by using their expert knowledge of product development processes to ensure the cost transparency of requirements, production processes and components/component groups.
