    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Abwicklung des IT Beschaffungsprozesses und der damit verbundenen Kontierung und Rechnungskontrolle
    • tägliche interne und externe Korrespondenz
    • Terminkoordination sowie Vorbereitung von Meetings inkl. Protokollführung
    • komplette Reiseplanung- und Abrechnung
    • Erstellen von Präsentationen und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen
    • interner Ansprechpartner bei organisatorischen Themen und Abläufen sowie aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse
    • Aufbereitung von Informationen und Statistiken
    • aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung des Bereichs in Bezug auf die Erarbeitung, Umsetzung, Nachverfolgung und Erreichung von Zielen und Strategien

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich:

    Qualifikationen

    • Interesse an technischen Themenfeldern
    • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
    • gute Englischkenntnisse
    • Eigenverantwortung, gutes Organisationstalent und Flexibilität
    • Belastbarkeit, bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Diskretion

    Erfahrung

    • vorzugsweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

    Ausbildung

    • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung HAK, HBLA
