• The team for logistics entails of transport scheduling, production planning and assembly (approx. 35 employees).
• You will be reporting to the Head of Logistics.
• Planning, commissioning and further development of existing IT systems.
• Management and support of employees in day-to-day business - main responsibility for on-time and complete deliveries.
• Scheduling customer orders for major customers (VMI system).
• Main responsibility for production planning and purchases of finished goods in coordination with production and sales.
• Inventory responsibility for the finished goods warehouse.
• Responsible for the monthly closing work and carrying out the monthly or annual inventories.
• Planning, control, organization and ongoing optimization of all processes across the entire area of ​​responsibility.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge of handling computer-supported procurement systems including MS Office knowledge.
• High communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills and stress resistance.
• Fluency in English spoken and written.
