Alexandru Voinescu

I am a 25-year old individual with an elevated level of optimism and ambition. My name is Alexandru Voinescu and I come from Bucharest, Romania.

I have been able to gain experience through the two internships that I have followed during my period spent in Luxembourg. I have initially taken part in the Group Supply Chain Controlling team of Ferrero's HQs while working on the monthly closure by doing variance analysis, preparing gap analysis reports and working on the forecasts. After, I was part of an e-commerce Luxembourgish start-up company called Lulubuy. I was in charge of planning and designing the business processes, manage the warehouse and logistic operations and work on continuous improvements within the company.

During my Bachelor's degree I was studying International Finance and Control (BSc.) in Venlo, the Netherlands. This experience has enabled me to become highly adaptable to professional situations and offered me the necessary guidance on topics such as Finance, Economics, Controlling and even Business Intelligence related topics. I have continued my studies at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, where I am currently a Master's student in Economic and Business Analytics. Here, I was able to focus on Econometrics, Operations Research and Digital Transformation concerns.
