Accuracy, the ability to work in a team as well as analysis, organization and communication skills are among my strengths. Working in a good working atmosphere and a committed team is very important to me. I often focus on potential for improvement and new ideas.

During my working life with Mondi I have passed a few stations, i.e. the Executive department Marketing/Sales, Marketing and Sales, S & OP planning and the process improvement & project management team in which I could all improve my project, analytical, organizational and communicational skills. 

Being employed as a pricing manager by T-Mobile, I extended and improved my skills in leading project teams of up to 20 people within new projects, starting with the evaluation of new ideas, calculation of business cases, feasibility studies with different company departments, explaining complex processes and topics, up to the presentation to the board and the realization of the project including different campaigns.
