● Payroll Automation I Company for Medical Supply
After a long period of tedious manual data entries and toggling back and forth between sheets, I had the honor to automate the process and build a master payroll sheet that brings together data from dispersed sources, resulting in a drastic reduction in time.

● Culture Analytics Project I Pharmaceutical Company
The founding process of a firm after a carve-out from a pharmaceutical company posed a challenge to the culture of the company. So, my task as the primary culture data analytics person was to assemble the data and to provide a clear understanding of the needs for cultural shifts among the workforce of the newly founded company.

● Change Management I Educational Organization
Lacking buy-in, motivation, and technical understanding were just a few factors that led to a failed ERP system implementation which we helped to get back on track. My tasks comprised stakeholder analysis, communication plan, alignment of stakeholders, and project management activities. We were able to achieve a smooth transition of the project and the continuation of the work.

Business Analyst I Accenture DACH (01/20 - 09/21)

● Client Automotive Industry
Creating a concept for our automotive client including a data migration strategy from the client's HCM system to the cloud-based HR system, SAP SuccessFactors, and being the coordinator between the holding company and affiliates.

● Public Services Client I Digital Health Care Project,
Providing application management and maintenance of a vaccination IT platform for a client from the public services sector. Activities included 1st level support and aligning topics with the development team. Building a strong IT platform that ensured the smooth execution of vaccinations.

● HRT Project, People Analytics I Client Financial Services Industry
Defining a strategy for the future of the client's people analytics capabilities, translating the HR KPIs into the system needs of the client, and implementing a reporting catalog in SAP SuccessFactors.

● Jump Start Program I Frankfurt a.M., Germany
As part of our jump start bootcamp training, we learned to assemble presentations, pitch data in a compelling way and how to be a successful consultant in the corporate sphere.

Daikin Central Europe (06/18 - 09/19)

● SuccessFactors Rollout for the CEE region

Had the exciting possibility to roll out software touching 10.000 users in their day-to-day work activities. Coordinating the rollout activities of HR software (SAP SuccessFactors) in Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, and the Czech Republic).
My tasks comprised of data migration, workshop facilitation, end-user training, change management activities, and stakeholder coordination.

ERSTE Group Services (06/17 - 12/17)

Worked as a passionate intern in Treasury Accounting. To hedge against foreign exchange risks the bank is holding securities. The treasury accounting team I had been part of was responsible for maintaining the correct entries into the respective IFRS ledgers. My daily tasks were mainly in MS Excel and financial ERP systems. Another task was to be a part of the finance transformation that had the goal to introduce a finance ERP system that comprised all operations from the front to the back office.

Welcoming guests, and delivering daily duties comprising checking clients in and being their contact person, accounting tasks, and maintenance of the hotel facilities (bar area and restaurant)
