I am a professional product management freelancer and consultant, working on different projects for app, web and platform development and helping my clients successfully create and launch outstanding products.

One of my latest projects I've been working on was a peer 2 peer sharing platform for audio gear and music instruments. In that I have been responsible for the whole product management from conducting user interviews, defining the initial launch strategy, the user stories & product roadmap, defining wireframes to sprint planning and fully managing the team consisting of development and design.

I have a Master's degree in Digital Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Electronic Business and sereral years of experience in Marketing and Product Management jobs. I have been working for Austria's biggest TV broadcasting service providers as Product Manager for all TV streaming services. I have been responsible for developing and improving the apps on mobile, web and TV platforms. I have been closely working together with the developers and with several other companies in order to provide the best possible products for the customers. In addition I launched the first fully standalone TV streaming product of the company and have as Product Manager been responsible for marketing and constantly improving the streaming products. One of these won the VideoTech Innovation Award in the OTT TV Technology of the Year category.
