It's my passion to build a conducive and learners-friendly school environment for all learners regardless of their differences. Owing to my educational readiness and hands-on experience in the inclusion of persons with disabilities, I feel confident that I am a valuable asset to your team. Through my work experience as a lecturer in the field of special needs and inclusive education, and a community-based service provider (disability, gender, and inclusion), I have built a strong record of attaining teamwork ability, developing planning and organizing skills, and ability to exercise multiple responsibilities. Moreover, I was able to get the opportunity to work closely with schools, persons with disabilities, and organizations by and for persons with disabilities.
