- Developing projects in close cooperation with our R&D and Purchasing departments
- You will select, qualify, develop and audit our suppliers
- Controlling the initial sample process as well as handle complaints
- You will secure and improve supplier relationships, manufacturing processes and product quality
- Working closely together with your colleagues in international teams in Mexico, Taiwan and Austria
- Approx. 25% international traveling to our worldwide supply base ranging from North America to Asia, Pacific region is expected
- Working based on state of the art automotive and aircraft quality standards
- Completed technical studies (HTL, FH, University) in the fields of electric/electronic engineering, mechatronics, automotive, mechanical engineering or similar
- Ideally professional experience in development or quality management for electric/electronic components and assemblies
- Passion for high performance engines and for electromobility
- Good English skills, German is an advantage
- Team player with analytical, solution-oriented and proactive working style

Your new adventure
As SQE, you will be responsible for electric/electronic components of high performance internal combustion engines, electric motors and inverters for powersport and aircraft drivetrains
