    Job Introduction Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.We offer you the chance to participate in our project management trainee program starting in early September 2024. The 10-month training with an exciting job rotation, collaboration with experienced mentors, diverse networking and a comprehensive training program will prepare you for the challenging task of a Frequentis project manager in a safety-critical environment.   • Active participation in various project teams and collaboration with mentors.
  • Development of project management know-how, which includes Frequentis-specific content as well as general knowledge of PM methods
    • After completion of the trainee program as project manager:
  • Successful handling of international customer projects with time and quality responsibility
  • Collaboration and leadership of project teams
  • Responsibility for the project budget and ongoing project controlling
  • Building a fundamental understanding of our products as well as our customers and markets
    • Key Qualifications
  • Completed business/technical education at Matura level, completed studies are an advantage
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management or with management tasks
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking and hands-on mentality
  • Distinct social skills (ability to communicate, work in a team & professional appearance)
  • Convincing and customer-oriented communication in German and English
  • Affinity for new technologies, joy of learning
  • Project management certification is an advantage
