- Leitung von Montage- und Inbetriebnahme Tätigkeiten
- Optimierung von Anlagen und Prozessen
- Durchführen von Leistungstests, Mill-Audits
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
- Unterstützung der Bereiche Produkt- und Prozessmanagement sowie Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Maschinen und Anlagen inkl. Datenerfassung und Zusammenstellung
- Berichtswesen und Kommunikation mit dem Kunden vor Ort
- Montage und Demontage von Einzelmaschinen im Zuge von Schulung oder notwendiger Optimierung / Trouble Shooting
- Unterstützung der Auftragsleitung
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (im Bereich Maschinenbau / Anlagenbau oder Elektrotechnik und/oder in der Holzwerkstoffindustrie bzw. Vergleichbares)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil – idealerweise im internationalen Industrieanlagenbau, der Holzwerkstoffindustrie und/oder Papier- und Zellstoffindustrie bzw. Schüttgutfördertechnik
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und sicheres Auftreten
- ERP Erfahrung / SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
