Being the Logistics & Customer ServiceSpecialist, you are acting as the support interface betweenLogistics and Customer Service with a focus on order handling. Youare part of the global Supply Chain Team with a worldwideoutreach.

Your majoraccountabilities:

• Overseeand coordinate the entire pharmaceutical product transport fromorder receipt, confirmation, and entry into the ERP-System to thetimely fulfillment and delivery toclients.
• Responsible for coordination of thedelivery and for the communication to customers on the status ofthe order.
• Set pick-up and deliveryappointments according to customer needs and internal feasibilityand efficiency.
• Assist with all informationneeded to properly execute logistic plans and ensure customerservice.
• Assist customers with any specialneeds in a solution-focused and supportive as well cost-consciousmanner.
• Master data setup as well documentationand booking of all relevant transactions in theERP-system.
• Participate on harmonization andpotential improvements in cooperation with the Supply Chain Teammembers to increase efficiency of processes or utilization ofcapacity.
• Work closely with the CustomerService and Logistics Team to align on required activities for thebest result.

• Graduation from acommercial / technical school or from a university (HAK, HTL,FH)
• > 2 years of position relevantprofessional experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service /Logistics in the pharmaceutical industry with aglobal outreach
• Knowledge oncustoms clearance procedures, experience in the transportationindustry is a plus
• Highlyorganized with strong systematic approach to prioritization andattention to detail
• Provencapability to work in a highly dynamicbusiness-environment
• Ability to work well understress, to multitask, and to communicateprofessionally
• Excellent interpersonal skillsand ability to work flexibly in a dedicated and international teamof professionals
• Self-starting and independentwork attitude paired with a strong teamworkmindset
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
• Very good proficiency inEnglish and German
• MS Office / Windows basedsoftware skills and experience with an ERP-System (SAP = nice tohave)
• Ready to work from HQ inVienna
