OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Executive to join our Partner Engagement team to play a vital role in nurturing relationships with our existing providers, fostering customer satisfaction, and enhancing loyalty. Focused on the DACH market, you will integrate seamlessly into the team, taking ownership of organizing webinars and driving proactive communication initiatives aimed at our providers, ultimately contributing to the continued success and growth of our commercial operations as well as to "Make Sports Happen".
