- Lead and manage the implementation, configuration and customization of the SAP Quality Management (QM) module to ensure it meets business requirements
- Support the integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules to optimize business processes and be part of the SAP implementation team
- Oversee all aspects of SAP QM implementation projects, from planning and coordination to risk management and stakeholder communication
- Apply your expertise in quality management principles and industry-specific regulations to ensure compliance and drive quality improvement in the organization
- Utilize your problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork to effectively manage and execute quality-related tasks and projects, including working with SAP interfaces and application configurations in the SAP HANA environment
- Completed university or high school degree with relevant experience
- Knowledge of integrated management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Practical experience with SAP implementation, configuration and customization, usually gained through years of work in quality management functions
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working
- Fluent English is a must, good German is preferred

As a Quality Expert – SAP at our Medium Power transformer plant, your day will revolve around the implementation of the SAP Quality Management (QM) module and its integration with other modules. You will oversee all aspects of these projects, ensuring compliance with business requirements, optimizing processes and managing communication with stakeholders. Applying your expertise in quality management principles and industry-specific regulations, you will drive quality improvement and compliance in our organization.
