- Organisation und Durchführung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses
- Erstellung und Bereitstellung strategischer Verkaufspläne sowie Steuerung des Vorverkaufsprozesses
- Verantwortung für die Pflege des CRM-Systems (Accounts, Kontakte, Opportunities)
- Anpassung des Angebots an Kund:innen-/Marktbedürfnisse und Feststellung von Abweichungen
- Sicherstellung des definierten Profit- und Umsatzwachstums
- Verantwortung für die Kund:innenkommunikation und den Aufbau realistischer Kund:innenerwartungen
- Durchführung laufender Reportings (wie Kund:innenkontaktberichte)
- Sicherstellung einer professionellen Übergabe an Projektmanager:innen
- Unterstützung aller kommerziellen Aktivitäten mit den Kund:innen
- Teilnahme an "nicht-verkaufsbezogenen" Aktivitäten (Abschlussbesprechungen, Kund:innenzufriedenheitsanalysen etc.)
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
- Mindestens 8 Jahre aktive Vertriebserfahrung im technischen B2B-Umfeld
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in neuen Geschäftsbereichen und Technologien
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (oder in einer anderen Landessprache)
