    Job Description

  • Lead comprehensive business process analysis and conduct thorough reviews across various plants.
  • Manage the SAP S4/HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with both SAP standard and factory-specific processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices, guiding critical issues and requirements towards strategic resolutions.
  • Drive project scope, quality, timelines, and budget, effectively leading both internal and external project teams.
  • Reporting line - directly to the Executive Management. The Successful Applicant
  • Track-record with end-to-end processes analysis in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
  • Extensive experience in managing ERP roll-outs, ideally with specific expertise in the processing industries of pulp, paper, and packaging
  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to manage complex, large-scale process analyses.
  • Change management expertise and a strong grasp of organisations dynamics
  • Proven success in leading SAP S4/HANA programs or similar initiatives.
  • Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility for travel (up to 30%).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills suitable for C-Level interactions.
