- Leite eigenständig Transaktions- und Finanzierungsprozesse, von der Transaktionsidee über Deal Strategien bis zum Signing und Closing
- Erstelle Restrukturierungskonzepte und führe die Kommunikation mit Investoren eigenverantwortlich durch
- Verhandle mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf Management Level (Eigentümer, Management, Investoren, Banken, etc.) mit unterschiedlichen Interessenlagen
- Erstelle federführend relevante Transaktionsdokumente
- Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im M&A oder im Restrukturierungsbereich
- Eigenverantwortung, ausgeprägte Finanz- und schnelle Entscheidungskompetenz, Kreativität und zielführendes Denken
- Hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an Akquisetätigkeit und an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Dienstleistungsangebots
