    Role Description

    Join us as a German Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, a world-class remote opportunity where your primary role will be to help us find, attract, and hire top talent across the globe. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including defining job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. This role calls for good judgement and the ability to build relationships with prospective candidates. Since we operate globally, you will also ensure our recruitment strategies are culturally sensitive and effective.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in German is mandatory
    • Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work in a remote, virtual setting
    • Willingness to complete a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
