    This position is very suitable for a candidate with strong growth ambition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Together with the Hub Leads you are responsible to successfullymanage a 100 Mio € plus business.

    Being a member of the Core Management Team your responsibilitiesinclude the following:

    ·Togetherwith the Hub Lead and the Segment CEO you will drive the organizational changemanagement.

    ·Applicationof proven management methods and business systematics to improve profitability.

    ·Driving andimproving together with the process owners the organization-specific processes,guidelines, and rules.

    ·Responsibilitythat the organization is implementing and adhering to the Grid Control processand tool landscape

    ·Maintainingand overseeing the process adherence cockpit, collaborate with Project Managersto improve on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NCCs (Non-ConformanceCosts), time-to-start, time-to-value, and delta sales-margin vs. order entrymargin vs. PAC-margin to ensure acontinuous and measurable process improvement.

    ·Facilitationof methods and events to improve collaboration of engineering, bid, anddelivery line managers, as well as project teams, to ensure the effectiveapplication of our global GC process landscape.

    ·Benchmarking:Conduct internal benchmarking of different locations to assess their adherenceto global process standards and identify areas for improvement and progresstracking of corrective measures.

    ·MaturityAssessments: Perform maturity assessments of processes and work with the HubLead to develop and agree upon improvement measures.

    ·Interactingwith the global Quality Organization.

    ·Exchange withBusiness Transformation Managers across all Hubs to ensure common practices globally.

    ·You willreport to the Hub Lead and to the global Segment CEO.

    Qualifications:

    ·A proventrack record in managing a team in a global, intercultural setting.

    ·5+ years inmanaging external customer projects with proven experience in process managementand facilitation, contract management, change management.

    ·Bachelor'sdegree in Business and/or Engineering

    ·Experiencein managing an organization applying a target system, balanced scorecard, OKR

    ·Knowledgeof software-solution-specific processes and standards is a plus.

    ·Fluent inEnglish
