- Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports
- Analyse und Bewertung auftretender Fehler, Klärung von Problemen mit Lieferant:innen
- Oranisation der Bearbeitung von Change Requests, inklusive Tests und Implementierung in der Echtumgebung
- Mitarbeit bei ERP-Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich ProAlpha, sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts bei denen der Fokus auf einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit und einer reibungslosen Implementierung von Veränderungen im System liegt Dein Profil:
- Technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im ERP-Support
- Fundiertes, allgemeines Wissen bezüglich ERP- und PPS-Systemen
- Kenntnisse über das ERP-System ProAlpha sowie Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Prozessmodellierung sind von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsgeschick und analytisches Denken
