- In the field of IT process management, you will be responsible for the further development of our IT process landscape.
- Collaborating with our process owners, you will design, optimize, and document our IT processes.
- In IT project and portfolio management, you will continuously enhance our project management standards.
- You will define our project management methods.
- Providing support and mentoring to project managers is part of your responsibilities.
- You will take on the leadership and guidance of IT projects from conception to implementation.
- You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Process and Project Management, or have successfully completed relevant training in the IT field.
- Practical experience in process and/or project management.
- You possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Personally, you excel with a process- and quality-oriented mindset.
- You bring initial experience with process modeling tools.
- Your potential knowledge of ITIL/ITSM gives you an advantage.
- You have a proactive and independent work style and are a team player.
- You are accustomed to communicating in both German and English.
