- Du unterstützt mit Deinem Wissen und der Umsetzung von kreativen Schadenlösungen bei unseren Kunden zur Transformation ihres Schadenmanagements
- Du entwickelst neue Beratungskonzepte unter anderem im Bereich digitales Schadenmanagement
- Du erarbeitest mit Deinem umfassenden Verständnis für aktuelle Marktentwicklungen und zukünftige Trends gemeinsam mit unserem Sector Lead neue Marktstrategien
- Du gewinnst als Keyplayer mit uns neue Kolleg:innen für unser lokales Insurance Team, um die Transformation der Versicherungsbranche auf Basis der Markttrends Plattformökonomie, Omnichannel, Data Ocean und Agilität weiter voranzutreiben.

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung mit Branchenschwerpunkt Versicherungen, ggf. auch als Inhouse Consultant in Versicherungsunternehmen
- Spartenübergreifendes Know-how und ein sehr gutes Verständnis im Bereich Insurance Operations insbesondere rund um das Schadenmanagement bei Versicherungsunternehmen
- Idealerweise praxiserprobte Leadership-Skills in einer werteorientierten Führungskultur
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
