- Strategische Planung sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von zielgerichteten Maßnahmen, um innovative Krebstherapien auf dem österreichischen Markt zu fördern
- Führung, Motivation und Coaching des bestehenden, erfahrenen Sales-Teams
- KOL-Management: Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Interessensgruppen, Institutionen sowie weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern
- Zusammenarbeit mit den DACH-Marketingteams zur Koordination und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, angepasst an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse des österreichischen Marktes
- Kontinuierliches Marktmonitoring: Erkennen von Trends und Identifikation von Wachstumschancen sowie Ableitung von Aktivitäten aus diesen
- Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Übermittlung von Insights zu Kunde, Markt und Wettbewerb mit dem Ziel, strategischen Input für Marketing, Medical und Market Access für daraus folgende (Vertriebs-)Projekte zu leisten
- Regelmäßiges Reporting
- Absolvierte staatliche Pharmareferentenprüfung bzw. entsprechendes Studium
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Sales-Bereich im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb gepaart mit soliden Marketingkenntnissen in Österreich (idealerweise als PM bzw. in anderen vergleichbaren Funktionen)
- Profunde Kenntnis sowie Verständnis der Marktmechanismen in Hämatologie und/oder Onkologie
- Kommunikationsstarke und kraftvolle Persönlichkeit mit klarer Zielorientierung sowie Überzeugungskraft
- Analytisches und strategisches Denk- und Handlungsvermögen, Offenheit für neue Wege
- Ausgeprägte Businessorientierung gepaart mit proaktiver und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
