    Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännische und technische Angebotserstellung in SAP in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Sales, Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Shipping und Finance
  • Kommerzielle Auftragsabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Project Management
  • Monitoring der Zahlungseingänge in Zusammenarbeit mit Finance und Vertrieb
  • Erstellung der detaillierten Angebotsdokumente, die technische Spezifikationen, Preise und kommerzielle Bedingungen enthalten
  • Beitrag/Mitarbeit zur Verbesserung der Angebotsprozesse und Gewährleistung der Qualität der Angebote
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, WU, FH o.ä.)
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales Support im Exportbereich oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse und Spanisch von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise SAP- und CRM Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit der Abwicklung von Letter of Credits und Bankgarantien von Vorteil
  • Interesse an einer sehr vielseitigen Tätigkeit in einem eingespielten und erfahrenen Team
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Genaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
