    Aufgaben

  • Strukturierte Erfassung, Analyse und Bearbeitung von technischen Supportanfragen zu Produkten und Systemen
  • Monitoring und Mitwirkung an Updates von Produktivsystemen (Frontend und Backend)
  • Helpdesk Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Kundentickets
  • Hilfsweise Durchführung und Überwachung von Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen, (Integrations-) Tests, Abnahmen und Schulungen bei unseren Kunden
  • Teilnahme an Schicht- und Bereitschaftsdiensten

    • Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung HTL (Informatik / Elektronik / Mechatronik)
  • Praxiserfahrung im technischen Support willkommen
  • Kenntnisse in Linux und Netzwerk Topologien
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hands-on Mentalität, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse und Lernbereitschaft, Reisebereitschaft
