    • Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Head of Austria zusammen und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Lokalisierung unserer Produkte und Marketingkampagnen
    • Du stellst sicher, dass Marktspezifika, lokale Gesetze, Kundenbedürfnisse und regulatorische Anforderungen in der Lokalisierung von Produkten, Features und Marketingkampagnen berücksichtigt werden
    • Du führst regelmäßige Analysen des österreichischen Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfeldes durch und beeinflusst direkt die Wachstumsstrategie
    • Du identifizierst Chancen und Herausforderungen für die Geschäftsexpansion und lieferst monatliche Updates an das Senior Management
    • Du baust unser lokales Partnernetzwerk aus, pflegst langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen und steigerst die Sichtbarkeit unserer Marke
    • Du unterstützt bei Projekten, Funktionen und Produkteinführungen um unser Geschäft in ganz Europa auszubauen und wirst eng mit verschiedenen Funktionen (zB Marketing, Produkt, Kundenservice, Kontrollfunktionen) zusammenarbeiten
    Qualifikationen
    • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Finanzsektor oder in einem schnell wachsenden Startup gesammelt, Projektmanagement Erfahrung ist ein plus
    • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium
    • Du besitzt Affinität zum Kapitalmarkt und digitalem Marketing
    • Du hast eine sorgfältige, systematische, selbständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
    • Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, Dich über die Entwicklungen in der Branche und Rechtsvorschriften auf dem Laufenden zu halten
    • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2 Level) und Englisch

This corresponds to the minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Of course, we are prepared to offer a higher salary depending on the individual situation (experience, responsibility, specialist knowledge and skills).
