Begleitung von mannigfaltigen Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Change-Management, Kommunikation und Unternehmenskultur-Entwicklung in komplexen und potenziell multinationalen Umgebungen

Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen bei der Formulierung von Change-, Kommunikations- und/oder Unternehmenskultur-Strategien und Plänen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von modernen Change-Interventionen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

Federführende Unterstützung in Angebotsprozessen und im Projektmanagement sowie in nachhaltiger Kund:innengewinnung

Mitarbeit in einem internen sogenannten Solution Team zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots, inkl. Entwicklung und Ausgestaltung des Go2Market Approachs und Social Media Brandings

Enge länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen EY-Fachbereichen und Teams um Best Practices auszutauschen und voneinander zu lernen

Das bringst Du mit — Fähigkeiten, mit denen du die Zukunft gestalten wirst

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Psychologie oder Vergleichbares

Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Change- und Kommunikationsberatung sowie Interesse bzw. Wissen über aktuelle Change- und Kommunikationstrends, New Work und Kulturthemen der Zukunft

Erfahrung bzw. den Willen Workstreams selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu managen

Analytische Fähigkeiten, eine präzise, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit sowie Leadership-Fähigkeit

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutscher sowie Englischer Sprache
