- Du steuerst Kundenprojekte, koordinierst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und stimmst dich mit Marktpartnern ab
- Du gestaltest die digitale Roadmap deines Kunden und entwickelst diese ständig weiter
- Du überführst digitale Kommunikationsstrategien in Prozesse und stellst die Einhaltung dieser sicher
- Du beobachtest Marktentwicklungen, hast ein Gespür für Trends und ordnest diese für unsere Kunden ein
- Du sorgst für einen Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (> 2 Jahre), bestmöglich im Agenturumfeld als Berater:in/Consultant mit Schwerpunkt Digital Media oder auf Vermarktungs- oder Plattformseite
- Du denkst analytisch und bist gut im Umgang mit Zahlen im Kontext von z.B. Reports/ KPIs, MTGs/ CSVs, etc.
- Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, zielorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast Spaß an Projektmanagement und strategisch-konzeptioneller Arbeit, wie z. B. Tasks koordinieren und im Auge behalten oder Zeitmanagement (Termine, Kalender, Deadlines)
- Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge analysieren und Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
- Du bist kommunikativ und Teamplayer
- Du bringst sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit, mind. C1
- Bruttojahresgehalt: ab EUR 38.000,- Überbezahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung gegeben
