    Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) ist ein führender Eigentümer, Entwickler und Betreiber hochwertiger Immobilien in Europa und den USA. Die Gruppe betreibt 72 Shopping-Center, darunter 38 unter der Westfield-Marke. Neben Handelsimmobilien verfügt URW über Büroflächen, Kongresszentren und eine Projektentwicklungspipeline im Wert von drei Milliarden Euro. Das Portfolio, Stand 31. Dezember 2023, hat einen Wert von 50 Milliarden Euro.

    Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

    In dieser Funktion bist du für die physische und virtuelle Verwaltung von Plänen (Center + Mieter), Daten, Bescheiden, Schadensmeldungen sowie für die Rechnungsprüfung und Kontierung in SAP – in Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Technik – verantwortlich. Dein Zuständigkeitsbereich umfasst die Koordination von Terminen, Aufträgen und Arbeiten zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern, Unterstützung bei behördlichen Agenden sowie die Abwicklung von Schäden über die Versicherung. Du agierst als interne und externe Schnittstelle für Serviceleistungen des technischen Teams. Unterstützung der technischen Leitung in Bezug auf Schriftverkehr mit Dienstleistern und Bestandnehmern stellt eine weitere Priorität dar.

    Was Du mitbringen solltest:

    Für diese abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe verfügst du idealerweise über eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung in oben genannten Bereichen (Hausverwaltung, ziviltechnisches Büro, technische Auftragskoordination). Deine MS-Office Kenntnisse sind praxiserprobt (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) und du überzeugst durch deine Affinität zur Technik, gewissenhafte und akkurate Arbeitseinstellung sowie souveränen Auftritt und Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Gesprächsebenen. Du bist motiviert Teil eines engagierten Teams zu sein und trägst durch deine teamorientierte, offene und positive Art zum guten Betriebsklima bei.
