- Fachliche sowie disziplinäre Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Teams
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung der monatlichen Reporting-Packages
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresab-schlüsse
- Ansprechpartner für die Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfung
- Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Abweichungsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Budgets und Forecasts
- Plausibilisierung sowie Analyse der Finanzzahlen (GuV und Bilanz)
- Laufende Kommunikation mit Tochtergesellschaften und internen Abteilungen
- Reporting an Geschäftsführung
- Optimierung der verwendeten Tools und Prozesse für das Finanz- als auch Projektcontrolling
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK/Uni/FH/etc.) und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
- Versierter Umgang mit diversen EDV-Programmen und ERP-System (Navision von Vorteil)
- Ausgezeichnete MS Excel-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hands- on Herangehensweise
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen und ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
