    Wir suchen ab sofort auf Teilzeitbasis (ab 20h/Woche) und auf Vollzeitbasis (40h/Woche) eine:n Legal Assistant (m|f|x) - Rechtsanwaltsassistent:in Jobprofil stilsichere Korrespondenzen, Vorbereitung von Schriftsätzen; Erstellung von Unterlagen für Besprechungen und Vorträge; Vorbereitung und Finalisierung von Kosten- und Honorarnoten, Reisekostenabrechnung, Gerichtseingaben; umfassendes Telefon-, Kalender- und Inbox-Management, Travel-Management; umfassendes Case- und File-Management, Datenbankverwaltung (Advokat, WebERV, u.ä.); diverse administrative Aufgaben Sie zeichnet aus abgeschlossene Lehre zur:m Rechtskanzleiassistent:in oder Matura (HAK, HBLA etc.); Assistenzerfahrung (bevorzugt in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei); sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, besonders Word, Excel, Power Point und Outlook; vertiefte Kenntnis der Rechtsterminologie wie auch gesetzlicher Datenbanken, Verfahren und Protokolle; guter Umgang mit Web-ERV; proaktive, stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch; ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten, analytisches und kritisches Denken; absolute Genauigkeit, selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln; vorausschauendes Arbeiten, Detailorientiertheit, Teamfähigkeit, Loyalität und Belastbarkeit Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und hybrides Arbeiten/ Homeoffice; flache Hierarchien und Spaß bei der Arbeit - wir tauschen uns gerne und regelmäßig aus; eine abwechslungsreiche, eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeit und eine offene, internationale Atmosphäre; ein Office im Zentrum von Wien mit toller öffentlicher Anbindung; eine:n Buddy und Welcome Days um anzukommen; ein hauseigenes Fitnesscenter; hervorragende persönliche und fachliche Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten; Firmenfeiern und gemeinsame Aktivitäten; krisensicheres Arbeitsumfeld; ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 2.200,- (Basis Vollzeit) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
