    Das Umweltbundesamt steht für die Transformation von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft zur Sicherung nachhaltiger Lebensbedingungen. Als bedeutendste Expert:innen-Institution für Umwelt in Österreich und als ein führender Umweltberater in Europa entwickeln die Mitarbeiter:innen Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf lokaler, regionaler, europäischer und internationaler Ebene. Das Umweltbundesamt arbeitet transparent und allparteilich und steht im Dialog mit Politik, Verwaltung, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft.

    Zur Verstärkung suchen wir in Vollzeit eine:n IT Field Engineer (m/w/d) .

    Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Aufbau von Endgeräten
  • Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für IT technische Fragen zu unserer IT Client Infrastruktur
  • Steuerung von Roll-Outs und Updates
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierung, Schnittstellen und Prozesse und Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und Modellen
  • Projektmitarbeit bei Erweiterungen und Änderungen von bestehenden Systemen sowie das Abhalten von Schulungen für unsere Kolleg:innen
  • Abstimmung der Tätigkeiten mit unseren externen Dienstleister:innen und den internen Arbeitsgruppen

    • Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im IT Umfeld Fachschule/HTL oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Expertenwissen mit mind. 3-jähriger Berufserfahrung im Microsoft Client/Server und Cloud Umfeld (Powershell, HyperV, Azure, M365)
  • Besondere analytische Fähigkeiten bei der Störungsbehebung in komplexen IT Systemlandschaften
  • Grundlegende Netzwerk-Kenntnisse sowie Verständnis für Applikationen, Schnittstellen und Prozesse
  • Zertifizierungen im IT und Microsoft Umfeld von Vorteil
